It is so important to take care of yourself mentally and physically, especially during times when life gets busy. Here are a few tips to help you stay on track.

At the beginning of each week, it can be helpful to set some goals for yourself. This will help keep you motivated and on track throughout the week. Some goals you might want to consider include:
-Sticking to your healthy eating plan

-Spending time with friends and family
-Studying for upcoming exams
-Taking care of your mental health by practicing self-care
Having a list of goals helps you stay focused and motivated, especially when things get tough. So make sure to write down your goals for the week and refer back to them as needed. You can do this!
Tuesday Tips
Start your day with a healthy breakfast: This will give you the energy you need to get through the day. Try to include protein and fiber in your breakfast, as both of these nutrients help keep you feeling full throughout the morning.
